“I just finished my first surrogacy journey with Heart to Hands. I signed with them 5/2022 and after my medical records were approved (in July) I was matched with my IPs within a couple weeks. I felt H2H really took the time to find parents with compatible interests and
wants.

Transfer was 2/2023 and I delivered 10/2023. Heart to Hands was incredibly supportive throughout. I always felt like I could go to my case manager with questions and concerns big and small. From midday panicked calls to fertility clinics (when we found out I couldn’t use the clinic I was seeing for my next appointment), all the way to postpartum I was reaching each out and always felt welcome. They even sent simple little care packages that made me cry multiple times (I blame pregnancy hormones ). I never felt like I waited very long if an issue came up, and even 6 weeks post c-section, I feel like I could text my case manager if I needed anything. Bills were always paid quickly. They supported my goal to have a birth center birth, but when my pregnancy became high risk (placenta previa) and I needed to have a c-section in the hospital, they did their very best to try to calm both the parents’ and my nerves. There were a few occasions the owner Adrienne Black did a great job acting as a go-between for the parents and I. I would definitely recommend Heart to Hands.”
