Next, all parties will meet with their respective attorneys for the surrogacy legal agreement. Your attorney writes the agreement, reviews it and then it is sent to your surrogate and her attorney. They review it and, often, suggest a few edits. This agreement covers all of the important details of your surrogacy process. When you and your surrogate are in agreement, you will all sign the agreement.
