It’s also a way for intended parents to express their appreciation for your dedication. At Heart to Hands, we believe surrogates should set their own base compensation to reflect their personal situations and the specific needs of their families.
- surrogate chooses base compensation of $60,000 – $100,000. (Varies depending on experience and other factors.)
- surrogate legal signing bonus, $3,000.
- monthly stipend beginning at contract signing through 2 months after delivery, $300 per month.
- start of medications fee, $500 per event.
- embryo transfer fee, $1,000 per event.
- maternity clothes, $1,200.
- profile curation, including detailed documentation, social information, relationship information, letter to intended parents and more.
- match meeting facilitation.
- pre- and post-consultation.
- education before, during and after pregnancy.
- referrals for psychological evaluations, testing, fetal medicine evaluation and more.
- a designated case manager, available for you 24/7.
- hospital birth plan consultation and preparation.
- regular postpartum communication and check-ins through 6 months.
- legal referrals and support.
