Ready to start your surrogacy journey? You’ll answer a few simple questions to make sure that you qualify. If you do, you’ll be invited to fill out the full application. After we receive all your information and review it with you, we’ll run background checks, order medical records, and set up
your evaluations.
Who you are and why you want to be a surrogate is the heart of your surrogacy story. We’ll capture that heart in a gorgeous profile that tells your story. When the time is right, your profile will be shared with intended parents—and you’ll see theirs too!

It’s a match! Once an intended family chooses your profile, you’ll see their profile and decide if they are your ideal match. Your medical records are sent to the clinic for their review and approval and you’ll meet with the intended parents for a “match meeting.” This meeting is designed so you and the intended parents can talk, visit, and get over the “first date” jitters. Great matches are built on communication, trust and connection. You’ll be spending the next year of your life helping this family’s dream come true.
Once you’ve met your perfect family match, you will be introduced to your intended parents’ IVF medical team for an in-person screening, blood work and exam. Afterward, you and your intended family will meet with a qualified mental healthcare provider to discuss everyone’s needs and expectations, as well as how to experience a successful surrogacy journey.

Next, you’ll meet with an attorney (of your choice and at no cost to you) to review the surrogacy legal agreement. This agreement covers all of the important details of your surrogacy process. When you and your intended parents are in agreement, you will all sign the agreement.
This is when things get exciting! You’ll receive the medications to begin preparing your body for the embryo transfer and you—and/or a designated support partner—will learn how to administer the injections and manage the medications. You’ll have several appointments at a clinic near you for bloodwork and ultrasounds. Once your body is ready for the transfer, you and your support partner will travel to the IVF clinic for the embryo transfer.

Embryo transfers are quick, painless procedures where an embryo is gently placed into your uterus. A short 24-48 hour rest period after transfer is recommended before returning to your normal day-to-day. The first pregnancy test will be 10-12 days after the embryo transfer.
When we see that precious little heartbeat at about seven weeks of pregnancy, the transfer is officially a success! You’ll spend the remainder of the pregnancy staying in contact with your intended parents and sharing the experiences of how the baby is growing and progressing. You’ll also begin receiving compensation monthly after the heartbeat ultrasound.

This is a precious and incredibly special moment for you and your intended parents. You’ll deliver the baby into the waiting arms of your intended parents and cherish their love and joy as they meet their child for the first time.
